This high-quality oil is primarily produced from Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, and Pendolino olives, as well as other Tuscan varieties permitted by protected- designation standards, harvested and pressed at the right stage of ripeness. The result is an extremely fruity oil with a delicate, velvety taste.
